GENESEE COUNTY PROBATE COURT NOTICE Due to recent reductions in staff, Probate Court (Intake) Social Service Workers will no longer be available to assist the public at the 1st Floor Juvenile Clerical Counter of the Circuit Courthouse. Effective July 6, 2010, all petitions for minor guardianships, mental health pick-up orders, and temporary guardianships will be initiated in Room 502 (Estate Division) of the Circuit Courthouse. Intake Social Service Workers will have dedicated office hours to schedule appointments relative to the filings listed above.
