Labor Relations is responsible for Labor/Management relations for Genesee County.  The primary responsibilities of this division of Human Resources include:

• Contract negotiations and implementation
  
• Contract interpretation
  
• Grievance review at the Human Resources grievance procedure step
  
• Providing discipline advice
  
• Providing grievance answer advice
