Pricing
It is the policy of Genesee County to charge a reasonable fee for providing enhanced access to any of its public records. The following fee schedule is derived from Genesee County's Enhanced Access Policy as it pertains to geographic information system (GIS) access and output.

Raster data (aerial photos, etc.) $1.00 per megabyte (MB)
Additional tabular data $20.00 per megabyte (MB)

All maps are available in digital format (PDF, JPG, etc.) at 50% of the corresponding printed map price listed above.
Processing Fees
Special requests
will be charged a $35.00 per hour (1 hour minimum) processing fee
in addition to the map or data fees listed above.
Transfer media (CDs, DVDs, etc.) will be charged at the rate of $5.00 each.
Shipping and handling fees will be charged when applicable.
