INTERNET PAYMENTS
The 67th District
Court is now offering internet payments to the public in an effort to make it
more convenient for the payment of fines and costs. Most tickets (there are
some exceptions) and cases on which fines and costs are owed may be paid through
the internet via Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express credit cards.
Exceptions:
The following tickets/cases are exempt from on-line payment:
--cases
that require your arraignment before a Judge or Magistrate.
--cases where a bench warrant has been issued for your arrest for failure.
to appear in Court unless the warrant is solely for failure to pay fines and
costs.
--Other exceptions may exist for paying on-line. If this is the case, you will
receive a message stating that payment is not allowed via the website and you
must contact the Court.
Offenses Where Fines and Costs May be Waived
Tickets written for No Operator’s License in Possession and No Registration in Possession may be waived if proof of the license and/or registration insurance is presented to the Court within 20 days of the issuance of the ticket. You must go to the nearest 67th District Court in person and present the documentation to the Court.
No Proof Of Insurance
If you receive a ticket for No Proof of Insurance, and your car was insured at
the time, but you were just unable to locate the proof, you may present the
proof of insurance to the Court within 20 days of the date of your ticket
and the cost of the ticket will be reduced to $25.00. The proof of
insurance must indicate the car you were driving was insured on the date you
received the ticket.
If you present the proof of insurance within 20 days of the
date of your ticket and pay the $25.00 fee, you will not be assessed Driver
Responsibility fees for No Proof of Insurance by the State.
Instructions:
Please allow seven (7) days for your ticket to be available on this website. Cases where fines and costs are owed are available within one (1) day for payment.
You may pay up to 12 tickets/cases at one time.
By paying a ticket on this website, you are pleading guilty or admitting responsibility to the offense (s).
Cases/tickets have to be paid in full.
Only tickets/cases where fines and costs are owed will appear. If you are unable to locate your ticket/case, you must contact the Court.
You will need to enter your signature panel code number to complete the payment process.

All payments will require a valid mailing address.
Payments on tickets/cases will be posted by 4:00 the following business day.
If you are paying a ticket where the defendant’s license is suspended due to nonpayment, the clearance card will be mailed to you within 3-5 business days of the receipt of the monies owed. Mere payment of the ticket does not allow you to drive legally. You must have the clearance card in your possession.
If you are paying on a case where a warrant has been issued for your arrest for non-payment of fines and costs, the arrest warrant will be cancelled within two business days of the receipt of the monies owed. Warrants for failure to appear for Court will remain outstanding.
The screens following these instructions will walk you through the payment procedure. You will be able to search for tickets/cases by:
--ticket
number
--case
number or,
--name and
date of birth
The ticket number is located at the top of your copy of the ticket in the upper right hand corner.
When your search results are returned, please be sure to choose the ticket(s) and/or case(s) you wish to pay. Once payment has been approved, you will have the option of printing a receipt. This page will contain a confirmation number and is proof of your payment.
There is a credit card fee of $4.00 that will be charged.
The unavailability of this web site does not release the defendant from paying fines and costs by the due date.
