Weddings
District Judges and Magistrates are empowered by statute to perform civil wedding ceremonies. If you are interested in having your wedding ceremony performed by the Court, call the court in your area and schedule an appointment.
Weddings are not performed on weekends and holidays. At the time of your wedding, you must bring two witnesses with you, your marriage license and pay a $10.00 fee to the court.
