Phase Three
This phase is intended to last 3-4 months depending on the individualized treatment plan. The Sobriety Court Team members will ultimately decide when the participant will graduate. The probation caseworker or designee will complete a record check to assure that the participant has not been charged with any new offenses prior to graduation from the program. In Phase 3 the defendant will be expected to:

Move to the next level of treatment as recommended by the treatment provider
and the Sobriety Court team
» Continue AA/NA attendance as directed
» Provide monthly report from AA/NA sponsor regarding continued
abstinence
» Submit to random urinalyses/PBTs as directed
» Meet with probation caseworker once per month
» Provide documentation of school enrollment and/or full-time
employment
» Complete payment of fines and costs
