Community Service Work (CSW)
 

If you have been ordered to complete community service work and you have not been ordered to a term of Probation*, then you will need to:

• Meet with the Community Service Worker to be assigned an agency.  You may do so either by email, mail, telephone or appointment:

• Appointment:  The office hours are from 2:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m. on Mondays or 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 NOON on Fridays (appointment only, no walk-ins)

• For email and mail appointments, please complete the forms below.

• Turn in completed Community Service Work hours one week prior to your return to Court Date so that hours can be verified.

* If you have been ordered to complete a term of Probation, your Probation Officer will set up Community Service Work at your first scheduled appointment.
