Alcohol Assessment Screening
Before you are sentenced
on any alcohol related offense, the state requires that an alcohol
screening/assessment be completed. The screening/assessment is completed by the
Probation Department. The purpose of this screening/assessment is assess and
recommend rehabilitary programs. Your cooperation during this process will be
reflected in the report that is provided to the Judge. The cost for this
assessment/screening is $125.00, cash or money order. |
