Effective March 1, 2010, the cost to purchase a DVD/CD of a courtroom or hearing room proceeding

will be increased from $25.00 to $30.00.

Requesting a copy of Court Proceedings

Copies of public courtroom proceedings may be purchased in DVD or CD format.  The attached form must be fully completed and taken to the Legal Division of the Genesee County Clerk, along with payment of $30.00 per request.

By order of the Chief Judge, broadcasting of courtroom proceedings, without written permission of the court, by television, cable, internet or by any other means is strictly prohibited.  Violation may result in a fine, confiscation of materials, incarceration or any combination thereof for contempt of court.
