For those employees participating in the deferred compensation (457) plan, Nationwide Retirement Solutions makes it easy to access your account daily via their web site at www.NRSFORU.com.  Nationwide Retirement Solutions uses a strong encryption technology to ensure that your information is kept confidential.

Access your account information online:

• Check your total account balance
  

• Check for available investment options
  

• Check the account balance of a specific investment option
  

• Check your current contribution allocation
  

• Retrieve current statements
  

• Retrieve historical statements from 3/31/00 forward

Make changes to your account online:

• Exchange funds among available investment options
  

• Redirect your future contribution allocation among available investment options
  

• Make personal, non-financial changes to your account (i.e. an address change)

Use retirement planning tools:

• Find out what type of investor you are
  

• Research investments you may want to consider
