MCAAA/Maximus has subcontracted with GCCARD to facilitate Michigan Enrolls.  Michigan Enrolls is a service offering information and signing eligible Medicaid clients into health plans.  A health plan is a group of doctors, hospitals, pharmacies, and other health providers.
